This post is in regards to the highly misunderstood facts of the “Healthy&Active” life style.
Almost 70 to 80% I know believe that just because they are having 1 hour of exercise per day they’re “healthy”& “active”
While the rest of the day they are very inactive,completely restless, stressed and less mindful of the important aspects that actually helps them maintain and see result for all exercises they do,
For example;
- nutrition
- sleep/rest
- mood/emotions/mentalhealth
- post exercise care/recovery
- generally being active in everything else
- WALKING
Remember exercise is PART of the PROCESS.
